Buying through PetRepublic is meant to be easy. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, and the checkout will calculate your postage for you as you shop. For most purchases we use Express Post to ensure peace of mind, so tracking your parcel is as simple as can be.
Delivery will be made within 7 to 10 days of order, depending on stock availability in our warehouse. Larger items will be shipped in Australia Post parcels.
If you find an item is defective we will happily replace the item or refund the purchase price. Simply contact us via THIS LINK and a member of our sales team will work with you to resolve your problem.
Please ensure you select the correct item at time of purchase as returns or refunds are not available if you change your mind.
